Fleeing Hayward California Suspect Hits BART Police Car; Officer Hurt

A BART police officer was recovering from a serious head injury and a parolee was in custody Monday for allegedly ramming a stolen car into an Alameda County sheriff’s deputy cruiser then striking a BART police car.
