Toronto Officer Slipped in Snow Before Plow Hit Him

In his final moments, Sergeant Ryan Russell couldn't dodge the massive snowplow, snatched just after 5 a.m. at Parliament and Dundas Sts., where it had been left running by workers, a police source said.
