A Manheim man will be charged with drunken driving after his vehicle struck the back of an ambulance that was at the scene of another accident on Thursday. The emergency vehicle was stopped in the northbound lane and had its emergency lights flashing with several other emergency vehicles and the roadway was completely blocked.
