West Virginia Officer Directing Traffic Around Rock Slide Hit by Car

A Wellsburg police officer is recovering after he was struck by a car while helping direct around a rock slide Tuesday morning. Wellsburg Officer Tom Jarrell was taken to Weirton Medical Center to be examined and officials said he is doing OK.
