An off-duty deputy was hit while he was on his motorcycle directing traffic at a funeral on Saturday. Investigators said the deputy was working an extra job and directing traffic for a funeral on Martin Luther King and Bellfort when he was struck by an Isuzu Rodeo. Police said that SUV then dragged the deputy across two lanes of traffic.
