Virginia State Trooper Who Was Hit by Car Moved Out of ICU

According to a news release, Trooper D.T. Wilson's condition is improving. He is now out of the intensive care unit, but is still at Lynchburg General Hospital. Wilson is said to be alert and in good spirits.
