DUI Suspected in Crash that Injured West Virginia State Police Trooper

Authorities believe the driver of the other vehicle was under the influence of a controlled substance. West Virginia State Police troopers said that the vehicle driven by Richard Moore traveled across the barrier and hit a vehicle in front of the trooper. It sparked a chain reaction crash. The vehicle struck the parked state trooper's cruiser head-on. That trooper had just finished a traffic stop.
