California: Woman to Face Charges in Death of Tow Truck Driver

Jill Rose, the driver suspected of striking and killing a tow truck driver in Malibu on Feb. 11, is expected to surrender to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept. this week, according to Sgt. Phil Brooks of the Malibu/Lost Hills station.
