Manassas police Officer Heather Munsterman remains hospitalized after being struck by a car on Va. 28 on Saturday. City police say she suffered a concussion, dislocated shoulder, severe bruising over her “entire body” and fractures to her ankle and pelvic area after she was hit near Phoenix Drive around 9 a.m.
