Colorado Law Enforcement
A trooper with the Colorado State Patrol was seriously injured when a van hit her patrol car while investigating a crash. Trooper Adeline Roybal was in her patrol car on the left shoulder and median of Interstate 70 near mile marker 292 around 10:45 p.m. Thursday when she was hit by a 1996 Ford van. The collision was so intense it pushed Roybal’s Crown Victoria and another patrol car into the median.
