State Police say a North Sutton man was arrested on multiple charges after he failed to stop his pickup truck for an officer outside New Hampshire Motor Speedway, struck another State Police officer multiple times, crashed into two more vehicles, and tried to escape on foot, leaving two passengers injured in his vehicle.
