Minnesota: Video shows Minnesota deputy narrowly avoiding being struck by another vehicle during traffic stop
Minnesota Law Enforcement
Video released by Sheriff Todd Glander shows a deputy in a traffic stop around 8:30 a.m. near Westbury when a skidding SUV driving on the right-hand lane's rumble strip comes barreling through. Glander called it a "very close call" in an email.
The deputy was unharmed and the stopped vehicle was not damaged. Glander said he wanted to remind drivers to slow down for stopped emergency vehicles and that his office is thankful no one was injured.
