Minnesota Trooper Struck While Helping Drivers
A Minnesota State Patrol trooper suffered minor injuries when his vehicle was hit as he was helping drivers in central Minnesota. State Patrol Lt. Eric Roeske says the trooper was helping with vehicles that went off the road on U.S. Highway 10, north of Sauk Rapids, on Friday morning when his squad car was hit.

Pennsylvania State Trooper Hit by Car During Traffic Stop
A Pennsylvania State Police trooper was injured Friday morning while making a traffic stop along I-81 in Dauphin County. The trooper had pulled over a tractor-trailer along I-81 near the I-83 split in Lower Paxton Township around 9:30 a.m. Officials said the trooper was talking to the truck driver, when an SUV, driven by Linda Butler, 74, of Harrisburg, crashed into the rear of the tractor trailer, which knocked the truck into the trooper. Tree Strikes Washington Trooper Car
A tree hit a State Patrol trooper’s car Monday on state Route 101, but no injuries were reported. The tree fell at a mud slide near mile post 30 in Pacific County. The patrol car was first hit by the tree then struck by another vehicle. The trooper was already outside the patrol car checking another downed tree when the second tree hit the vehicle.
